Integration Suite | Legacy XML Asset Export

The result of this processor is a comprehensive XML file. Items are naturally much more powerful than records and include attributes, classes, workflows, etc.

Legacy in this plug-in stands for the XML structure that was created with the old SDZeCOM XML tool.

Field	Description
Remove from queue	Activate this option if objects that no longer meet the filter criteria are to be removed from the queue.
Recursive	Decide whether you want to export recursively – i. e. parent elements and their child elements. If you activate this option, another “Recursive filter” tab appears in which you define the filter options for the child elements. You filter the parent elements in the “Filter” tab. The options for both filters are the same.
Export path	If you activate this option, the CS path is also exported as a separate element. The XML then contains a “path” node with the respective parent information.
Trigger export children	If you activate this option, the export of the child elements is triggered.
Trigger export parents	If you activate this option, the export of the parent elements is triggered.
Trigger export views	If you activate this option, the export of the associated channel elements is triggered.
Disable all inherited values	This option relates to the contextualization of product data in the Contentserv Explorer. If you activate this option, inherited values are ignored.
Export context	This option relates to the contextualization of product data in the Contentserv Explorer. Select a tag to export the context-specific content you have maintained in the Explorer.

Events	Select the events in which an object is to be added to the queue: onUpdate: when the object is updated onCreate: when the object is created onDelete: when the object is deleted onCopy: when the object is copied onStore: when the object is saved onCheckin: when the object is checked in onRollback: when the check-in of the object is undone With the “onBeforeDelete” event, the entry is removed from the queue when an object is deleted. The “Remove from Queue” option must also be activated to do this.
Export by list	Activate this option to be able to add objects from the list view in the Studio to the queue.
Export by tree	Activate this option to be able to add objects from the tree in the Studio to the queue.
Multilanguage export	If several languages are to be exported in one XML, select the multilanguage export. Otherwise, the languages selected for “Limit export languages” are exported in separate XMLs.
Limit export languages	Select the languages to be exported.
Write meta data in XML	Activate this option to write metadata, e.g. ExportQueue, ExportDate or ExportVersion, into the XML.
Write languages in XML	Activate this option to write language data into the XML.
Alternative root node name	Define the root node of your XML.
Limit exported values	Activate the standard CS attributes you want to export. If no attributes are selected, all attributes are exported.
Export classes	Activate this option to include classes in the export.
Limit exported attributes	Specify the attributes you want to export: Export all: all attributes are exported Configure whitelist: define the attributes to be exported Configure blacklist: define the attributes not to be exported Export by tag: tag the attributes you want to export and select the tag here
Write Tags on Attributes	Activate this option to also output the tags on the attributes in the XML.
Append asset URL with preset	Define the preset to be appended to the URL. Alternatively, you can generate the URL with the original URL or hide it completely.
Write file content in XML	Activate this option to output the file content in the XML.
