Define whether referenced assets are to be exported.
You can select any number of target systems for Semaino File Transfer – i. e. usually one target for each combination of preset and file name.
We recommend exporting the assets in separate contexts with the XML Asset Export. This prevents the assets from being sent again every time data is changed, even if they have not changed. This also makes the export much more performant.
Field | Description |
Do not upload assets | Activate this option to integrate the asset information (preset and file name) into the XML, but send the assets separately. In this case, you transfer the assets using the XML Asset Export. |
Preset | Select the preset with which the asset is to be rendered during export. |
Alternative file name | If required, use a function, e.g. {=ATTRVAL(99999)}, to select the DAM attribute that contains the alternative file name. If the DAM attribute has a different file extension than the preset, use the function {=REPLACE(“\\.[^.\\/]+$”;‘’;{=ATTRVAL(“99999”)};TYPE_REGEX)} and add the desired extension. |
