Prehandler

With the prehandler, you can decide whether an import only takes place if the object does not yet exist (Imports only if record does not yet exist).

In this case, you can also define the status that newly imported objects are to have.

If the SDZeCOM Rules are licensed, you can link the import of an object to the fulfillment of a rule.

Posthandler

If required, select from the available posthandlers to perform workflow actions on imported data, delete entries or validate files, for example.

After saving the context, you have further setting options for each posthandler, e. g. the information of the target system.

You can select any number of target systems for each posthandler.

Field	Description
Delete record	If this option is activated and <Delete>1</Delete> is sent, the entry is deleted.
Execute workflow action by meta data	You can use this posthandler to trigger a workflow action based on data in the source file after the import. Options: Action key is external key: Activate this option if the key of the action in the source file matches the external key of the workflow action. Do not execute with the same status: Activate this option to prevent an object with the same status from being imported again. Action Regular Expression: Define the action using a regular expression. Action Recursive: Activate this option to perform the workflow action recursively. Stop after first successfully executed action: Activate this option to stop performing any further actions after the first successful action.
Execute workflow action for imported record	You can use this posthandler to trigger a selected workflow action after the import.
Fill queue	This posthandler fills another queue.
Fill queue ruled	This posthandler fills another queue when a rule is fulfilled.
Send mail	This posthandler sends an e-mail to defined recipients when an export object changes to a defined status.
Set workflow state for imported record	You can use this posthandler to set a selected workflow state after the import.
Validate JSON files by schema	This posthandler validates JSON files via a schema stored in the DAM.
Validate JSON files by local schema	This posthandler validates JSON files via a local schema.
Write to file system	This posthandler stores the assets on the file system.

Execute workflow action by Meta Data	Mit diesem Posthandler können Sie nach dem Import eine Workflow-Aktion auf Basis von Daten in der Quelldatei anstoßen. Optionen: Action Key is ExternalKey: Aktivieren Sie diese Option, wenn der Schlüssel der Aktion in der Quelldatei mit dem externen Schlüssel der Workflow-Aktion übereinstimmt. Do not execute with the same status: Aktivieren Sie diese Option, um zu verhindern, dass ein Objekt mit dem gleichen Status nochmals importiert wird. Action Regular Expression: Definieren Sie die Aktion über einen regulären Ausdruck. Action Recursive: Aktivieren Sie diese Option, um die Workflow-Aktion rekursiv auszuführen. Stop after first successfully executed Action: Aktivieren Sie diese Option, um nach der ersten erfolgreichen Aktion keine weitere mehr auszuführen.

Fill Queue	Dieser Posthandler füllt eine andere Queue.
Fill Queue Ruled	Dieser Posthandler füllt regelbasiert eine andere Queue.
Send Mail	Dieser Posthandler schickt eine E-Mail an definierte Empfänger, wenn ein Exportobjekt in einen definierten Status wechselt.
Set workflow state for imported record	Mit diesem Posthandler können Sie nach dem Import einen ausgewählten Workflow-Status setzen.
Validate JSON Files by Schema	Dieser Posthandler validiert JSON-Dateien über ein Schema, das im DAM abgelegt ist.
Validate JSON Files by local Schema	Dieser Posthandler validiert JSON-Dateien über ein lokales Schema.
