SDZeCOM Preflight Image Sync for priint:comet enables the automated image exchange of preview images with the original image data in both directions. In addition, the current status of the images in Contentserv is verified prior to publication.

Function

This priint:comet plug-in connects InDesign to the Contentserv database. Images are linked to the corresponding DAM object through a placeholder. There are a preview version and the original version of the image.
The images are not directly linked to the image path so that only the last downloaded version is included in the document.
Preflight Image Sync provides two methods - one for original images and one for preview images. When activated, they reliably convert all images in the document to the desired current version.
