Rules+ | Ruled Write Permissions

The Rules+ module includes the "Ruled Write Permissions" function for each attribute.

As soon as you select a rule at this point, the attribute can only be edited if the rule is fulfilled.

Example use case

There are products that contain articles as children.

Certain attributes are to be maintained on product level.

The attribute must not be maintainable on article level in order to prevent it from being inadvertently maintained on the wrong level and the inheritance from being interrupted.

The rule queries the object type “Product”. This means that the attribute can only be maintained if the object type is “Product”. For all other object types, the attribute can no longer be maintained.
