Staging | Multi-row tables
Tables often consist of several rows - e.g. in CLFMAS or BOMMAT files. In this case, define the row values to be copied.
Field | Description |
Filter rule | Option 1: Select a rule from the SDZeCOM Rules+ that a table row must fulfill in order for a value to be adopted. The SDZeCOM Rules+ must be licensed for this option. |
Filter attribute | Option 2(a): Select an attribute from the table. |
Filter | Option 2(b): Enter the value that is expected in this filter attribute and is to be retrieved. |
Ignore early return | By default, the search in the table is aborted as soon as a value is found that fulfills the criteria. This behavior can be deactivated. Deactivating this option can massively impair performance. Therefore, we only recommend deviating from the standard behavior in exceptional cases after consultation with an SDZeCOM Solution Architect. |
Option 1 (rules) is significantly slower than option 2 (filter attribute). Whenever possible, you should therefore use filter attributes.
In order to be able to retrieve defined values from multi-row tables, the attributes that are to receive the values and copy them to PIM must be created manually and assigned to a class. This is how filter rules can take effect and language-dependent values can also be retrieved.
