The Textengine Connector is an interface developed by SDZeCOM between Centric PXM™ and Retresco's Textengine platform.
It enables data from the PIM system to be automatically transferred to the AI-based Textengine, where text variants are generated and the results are stored directly back in the product context.
This transforms manual text creation into a scalable, automated process for content generation based on product data.

Integration is carried out using the SDZeCOM Integration Suite:
Attribute definition:
The product attributes (e.g., name, category, technical features, target group information) to be transferred to the text engine are specified.
Automated transfer:
When text generation is triggered, the defined values from Centric PXM™ are automatically transferred to the text engine.
Text generation:
Based on the text models stored there, the AI generates a wide variety of texts that are adapted to the respective product profile.
Retransfer & storage:
The created texts are automatically sent back to Centric PXM™, optionally post-processed (e.g., validation, formatting) and stored in a defined text attribute.
This creates a continuous process from the data basis to the publishable text – fully integrated into Centric PXM™.
