SDZeCOM Integration AI enhances Centric PXM™ with intelligent automation and content capabilities by connecting generative artificial intelligence and translation services.
It enables direct connection to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Gemini, as well as machine translation services such as DeepL.
This automatically enriches product data with high-quality texts, descriptions, and translations - efficiently, scalably, and contextually.

1. What is SDZeCOM Integration AI?

AI Integration is an extension for Centric PXM™ that enables the use of artificial intelligence in product communication.
It connects external LLMs and translation services to generate, optimize, or translate content - directly from the product information in PXM.
This takes content creation to a new level of automation.

2. How does the solution work?

Integration is handled by the SDZeCOM Integration Suite and the SDZeCOM Generic Docs Configurator, which control the automated invocation of connected AI or translation services.
Product information from Centric PXM™ is transferred to the connected AI as context.
The results - such as texts or translations - are processed and reassigned to the corresponding products.
The solution also supports configurable prompt optimization to iteratively improve and customize AI results.
The customer provides the respective API access to the AI services used.

API access to the desired LLMs or translation services is required, for example:

Configurable prompts and iterative improvement loops allow the quality of results to be continuously improved - directly within Centric PXM™.

8. How are data protection and API usage handled?

The AI integration only accesses APIs whose access data is provided by the customer.
This means that the customer is responsible for data protection and data transfer.
Product data is only transferred to the extent necessary for the respective request, which enables data protection-compliant use.
