Integration AI

Integration AI enables Centric PXM™ to be connected to various LLMs (e. g. ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) or machine translation services (e. g. DeepL) in order to enrich the PXM system with additional content and translations. The Integration Suite is used for automatically retrieving the connected services and handling the responses in the context of the products in Centric PXM™. In addition, the iterative improvement of prompts is supported by configuration, taking into account product information and, if necessary, AI assistants, in order to continuously optimize the results. The customer provides API access to the connected LLM or translation service.
