Price Management | Overlap of validity periods
If you activate the "Generate validity dates automatically" option in the settings, the validity dates are determined automatically based on the validity start dates.
As soon as this option is activated, the "Valid until" field can no longer be maintained manually in the Price Management Studio.
If a price record is deleted, the system checks whether there is another price record within the grouping with the same identifier. The validity is set to the default value.
There are two options for maintaining or defining the validity period:
Option 1:
You maintain the "Valid from" field manually in the Pricing Studio. All validity periods with the same product identifier are recalculated when the price entry is saved.
Option 2:
During an import, all validity periods with the same product identifier are automatically recalculated.
