Smart Docs+ | Data sheet
To generate a Smart Doc+, first create a new object of the type "Data sheet" directly below "Smart Docs+ configurations".
Document properties
Field | Description |

Size | Select a document format from the available formats.

Alignment | Select a document alignment:

Margin | Define the margin in mm in the following order, each separated by a space: top, right, bottom, left. |
Padding | Define the padding in mm in the following order, each separated by a space: top, right, bottom, left |
Hyphenation | Activate this option to activate hyphenation for the entire document. |
PDF Title |
Only relevant when PDF files are generated. You can define a title that is displayed in the document properties of the PDF. |
PDF Subject |
Only relevant when PDF files are generated. You can define a subject that is displayed in the document properties of the PDF. |
PDF Author |
Only relevant when PDF files are generated. You can define an author who is displayed in the document properties of the PDF. |
PDF Keywords |
Only relevant when PDF files are generated. You can define keywords that are displayed in the document properties of the PDF. |
Output language
Field | Description |

Allowed output languages | Select the languages in which the document is to be output. Smart Docs+ can process a maximum of five languages. Further selected languages are ignored. |
Language filter attribute | Create an attribute in the Studio that contains the language abbreviations that are permitted for this object, separated by commas or line breaks. |
Save documents (PDF only)

Available if the documents are generated from the PIM product tree. Select the states where it must not be possible to save a data sheet. Usually, only states that imply a released object (e.g. release for sale) remain on the left-hand side, while archiving and editing states are selected. |

Date
Field | Description |

Preview
Define preview options when they are supposed to deviate from those in the general style settings.
