Staging | SDZeCOM Staging Additional fields
The fields do not provide any setting options.
However, they can be read using a formula, e.g. with ATTRVAL. Hover over the field to find out the ID of the field (negative number!) and insert it into your formula.
In a second step, you can use the SDZeCOM Rules+ to write back the result of this formula into another attribute and make the information searchable.
Field | Description |
Copy owner | If this option is activated, the user who is stored as the person in charge in the Staging object is also copied to the PIM object |
State ID | You can optionally define a (self-created) Staging attribute that sets the status ID of the workflow in PIM. |
Object type | If you want to set an object type when copying an object to PIM, you need an attribute that uses a field in the XML file to output the ID of the desired object type. A formula attribute (with IF) is suitable, for example. Logic: If source attribute XY contains the information “SKU”, set the object type ID to 1 if this stands for the object type “SKU”. Select the attribute that contains the ID. If the SDZeCOM Rules are licensed, you can alternatively use a Ruled Ref attribute of the “Formula” type. |
