Workflow Utils | SDZeCOM Extended Mail
You can use this action component, for example, to integrate values into the mail and attach Smart Documents as an attachment together with the mail. When attaching DAM assets, it is possible to attach a derivate created through a preset.
It initially has all the settings from the standard "E-mail" action component if this has not been activated separately.
Options
Designation | Explanation |

Mail recipient from attribute | Here you can select an attribute that contains the recipients. |
Mail to the owner | If this option is activated, the mail will be sent to the person in charge (default CS attribute “Owner”). |
CC | Here you can enter mail addresses to which the mail will only be CCed. |
Reply to | Here you can enter a mail address to which the recipient can reply. |
Mail content | The content of this field is used as mail text. You can also use CSFields to insert product values in certain places. |
Include product values in mail | If this option is activated, a list of attribute names and values will be included in the mail. As soon as you activate this option, you can select the product attributes, a reference-removing attribute and the product language. |
Attach Smart Document to mail | If this option is activated, a dynamically rendered Smart Document will be attached to the mail. As soon as you activate this option, you can select the preset and the product language. |
