Workflow Utils | SDZeCOM Tasks

You can use this action component to define the responsibility for tasks.

It initially has all the settings from the standard "Tasks" action component if this has not been activated separately.

The Centric PXM™ Task Manager must be licensed for this action module.

Set person in charge from attribute

If this option is activated, the task is assigned to the person in charge (default Centric PXM™ attribute "Owner").

You can also select the person in charge using a valuerange if either the user name is set as the value or the user ID is set as the external key.

Overwrite person in charge
(if set in template)

If this option is activated, the person in charge is overwritten if one is selected in the template.
