Staging | Copy to PIM
Activate this option to copy the values of this attribute to PIM.
As soon as the option is activated, the next three fields appear: Target attribute, rule and alternative NULL values.
Field | Description |
Target attribute | Specify the PIM attribute to which the values from the Staging attribute are to be copied. It must be a 1:1 relation! This means that one Staging attribute is mapped to one PIM attribute. If you accidentally map several source attributes to one target attribute, the copying process to PIM runs in an infinite loop. The system then aborts after five rounds and reports an error. The target attribute is then also specified in this error message. |
Rule | You can select a rule from the SDZeCOM Rules that must be fulfilled for the value to be copied to PIM. The value is created with the import in Staging but is only transferred to the PIM when the rule is fulfilled. This procedure allows you to perform a quality check before an object is copied to PIM. The SDZeCOM Rules must be licensed for this option. |
Alternative NULL values | Decide whether values in PIM are also to be set to zero. Example: SAP sends values with a FALSE or 0 key. This is not to set a value in PIM, but to empty the target attribute. |
: Attributes that are copied to PIM are highlighted in blue on the object. Attributes that are not copied are highlighted in white.
